Submitting an order on this website sends a request to GADGETPOINT. It is not a completed sale and no online payment is taken at that point. We will confirm product availability, delivery cost, delivery timing, and an approved payment method before accepting the order.
Products and pricing
We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and stock accurate. We may correct an error or decline an order before confirmation. Product appearance can vary slightly by screen or manufacturer batch.
Payment and fraud prevention
Only use payment instructions confirmed through an official GADGETPOINT contact. An order is treated as paid only after GADGETPOINT verifies the payment. We may request reasonable verification before fulfilment.
Delivery and collection
Eligible orders over ₦10,000 to addresses in Enugu receive free delivery after the team confirms the address and order. Other delivery costs and all delivery estimates are confirmed before payment. Timing may vary by destination, courier, weather, or events outside our control. Store collection is available from the Enugu main store or the Mowe branch only after the team confirms that an order is ready.
Returns and support
Contact us promptly if a product is incorrect, damaged, or faulty. Return eligibility depends on the product condition, packaging, hygiene or activation restrictions, manufacturer warranty, and applicable Nigerian consumer law. Any final published return period or delivery offer must also appear in your order confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the staff application without approval. Staff access may be suspended or removed by the owner.
